The handwriting is personal and difficult to imitate, calligraphers are able to authenticate it. Although we do not write by hand, the trail of our texts can be followed, thanks to its linguistic structure. We speak and write in a particular way, so the fakes and plagiarisms can be discovered. The ancient texts, copied several times, have suffered many changes over the centuries, the critical edition allows to reconstruct what was originally written by authors such as Ramon Llull.
