Masters of wood
The reporter Pere Renom knows a guitar maker and attends an authentication of a guitar theoretically built in 1867 in Sevilla by a man named Antonio de Torres, the equivalent of Stradivarius in violins. Renom also participates in the construction of a wooden house, greener and quicker to make than conventional homes. And he visits the only workshop of the world where wood is used to make a genuinely Catalan boat: beach catamaran. In addition, it is explained the art of drying wood, and the saw a tool more similar to an abrasive file than to a knife.
